YOUR ROLE:
The Supervisor is responsible for managing shift operations as well as handling special assignments and improvements for their designated area. This supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that associates and production lines are running at optimal capacity while keeping safety and cost a paramount concern. This leadership position will be responsible for managing and exceeding objectives for an established company experiencing a tremendous growth spurt.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
4 year degree, technical or business preferred
Manufacturing experience with a technical background
Experience managing personnel
Proven leadership abilities
Strong Technical skills and troubleshooting ability
Ability to handle, and perform under pressureEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
